Dinner Inflame

nowdays get grocery in Pasar Malam

things there r super fresh & cheap
although those uncles aunties
get on my nerve most of the time

we got some medium White Pomfret 白鲳
from a very generous fish seller
so i decided to make them into
Sweet & Sour Fish

i have phobia with seafood
(cannot tahan the fishy smell)
n very very afraid of THE WHOLE dead body
the process of cleaning them was horrifying
my hands jz can't stop shivering

but the process of frying them
is damn #$*%$&@*+^$&@$&$*#&$*#@
ended up the fishes became 体无完肤~
poor fish fish... sowwie lo...
look at them lar~ so 死不瞑目 --_--"
