i'm just so lazy to write nowdays =P
the moon is blue tonite~~~

i invented new dishes today!

Stir-Fried Tomyam Chicken
tomyam not necessarily need to come in soupy, eh?

Green Apple Bittergourd Soup

normally i see ppl make bittergourd soup with pineapple~
so happened i have a big green apple
in the fridge tat none of us wanna eat
so i mar put into the soup lor~
i personally like the fruity taste very much
but snakie says it's yucky
coz fruit is not suppose to be cooked wor...

南瓜豆腐 初体验

厨房里难得出现南瓜

因为老公不吃

他唯一能接受的就是这道南瓜豆腐

胆粗粗买了材料

上网却找不到食谱

就自己乱乱来试试弄看

酱汁的味道很对

就是豆腐的质感错了

下次再去研究别种豆腐

可能得用板豆腐吧~

孤单 · 晚餐

今晚好像全世界都去了结婚晚宴

我只好一个人解决晚餐~
大家今晚都在吃好料 我也不能亏待自己

虽然我在清理冰箱...

干捞海带芽味噌面

又见 - 腐乳油麦
不小心下手太重 放太多水了
清清淡淡也很不错

现榨新鲜黄瓜汁
懒惰吃就这样喝咯~

古早味 - 两菜一汤

清炒罐头蘑菇四季豆

榨菜肉丝
切肉丝的时候~ 搞不懂逆纹顺纹在哪里 >,<* 笨！
但煮出来的效果还是很好吃 *开心*
（肉丝醃料：味醂，糖，胡椒粉，酱清，绍兴酒，麻油）

我最爱的咸菜豆腐汤 - 可以喝下大大一碗！
总觉得这汤很神奇，把完全不相干的材料放在一起煲几个钟头~
出来的味道可以那么搭~ 而且很有层次感！
喝起来很舒服， 可以慰籍一颗受伤的心……

简简单单·两菜一汤

黄姜煎鱼 · 腐乳油麦 · 西洋菜汤

One Pot Cooking

used to cook with only 1 pot during college time

n mostly 一锅熟~

.

let's do something a little more complicated now

taaaah-daaaaaaah~!
we had spaghetti in campbell's mushroom soup
boiled cheesy frankfurter
boiled vegie - mainly cabbage n carrot
half boiled egg

prepare all ingredients - wash n cut

then dump everything into boiling water!
haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...
or course follow by sequence:
1. half boiled eggs
2. vegies n sausages
3. spaghetti
4. mushroom soup
then group them together~
n bon appétit!

焖烧豆腐锅

今天外出回到家已经5点多了

在车上还在犹豫要不要煮晚餐

时间不上不下的……

最后还是决定乖乖回去做个好C9

做晚饭 洗衣服！

列排的两菜一汤~ 菜豆饭任添~

出去走走头脑果然没有那么呆板了
冰箱剩下一盒豆腐
又弄葱油豆腐好像有点单调
就乱掰了这道焖烧豆腐
把它装在锅里
就成了焖烧豆腐锅！
呵！

剩下半包芥兰苗
随便炒炒 倒点香港鱼露
好味！

还好一早已经把排骨解冻了
切个小菜头
一锅暖呼呼的爱心汤又搞定囖~

剩下几条菜豆 幹嘛呢？
切段 加点姜葱蒜茸和调味料（盐、胡椒粉）把米一并炒香
拔几片斑蘭叶 一锅把它们煮熟
就成了菜豆饭啦！

菜脯蛋便当 Dried Radish Omelette Rice

it's always very headache to cook

when u have limited ingredients, time n energy

after digging up n down the fridge

this lunch box was made in 20 minutes
with:
chopped 菜脯/ Dried Radish,

 1 egg,

 1 sausage,

 rice,

 few biji of cherry tomato,

2 slices of lettuce

用浸泡香菇的水搓面粉和熬汤底~ 好香好香~好甜好甜~♥

wasn't quite in the Christmas mood this year~
anyway, our small small cozy dinner for the occasion~♥

turkey didn't visit us this year, however,
 we had Chicken Rice Platter with
 Lotus Root Peanut Chicken Feet soup
 dressed in 'Christmas Outfit' =)

Fresh Button Mushroom & Clam Chowder~
mr Snakie helped to prepare most of the ingredients

i didn't snap any pic for my CNY meal
because it was a disaster =="
for leftover~ i made them into this CNY Lunch Box =P
therefore we still get to have a little memory of the dishes:
