Sunny SIde Up ...with LoVe

a lil' comfort needed day
a lil' uneasy
a lil' insecured
a lil' disappointed
a lil' lousy

this is always my comfort food
with jz simple ingredients n easy preparation
i prefer to use thick toast (available in BreadTalk)
*use knife to gently cut a square in the middle
*press the bread inside of the square
to form a firm base
*add a slice of cheese in the hollow (optional)
*season with some salt + oregano + parsley
*crack an egg on top
*send to oven to bake until egg is set to ur liking
(watch out not to burn the toast ya)
*sprinkle some black pepper before serve!
i simply did another version with my new gadget
by using all the same method at the begining
sprinkle some water to the toast
make sure the yolk is poked
carefully put it into a microwave safe container
(or in a deep plate cover with cling firm)
cook till egg is set to ur likingwith this method the toast won't get burnt
but i personally still like the risky toasted version ^^

with the new gadget~ cooking is damn easy
it works like MAGIC!

.
first... clean the potato by scrubbing them
pat them dry
use kitchen tower to wrap them up individually
arrange them nicely in the microwave oven
use high fire to cook for 10 minutes
n stand for another 2 minutes
get them out from the oven
cut a X on top n squeeze them a little
watch out not to burn ur fingers ya~
add any topping u desire
i only put a dash of olive oil margerine
with some italian spices from Mr B
n the taste was awesome

i also made some with bacon topping
but didn't take pictures :P
