take a bowl put around 1 tablespoon of water, crack the egg in it (remember to poke the yolk & white with small knife or fork a little - very important!) then cover the bowl with cling film or a plate. use medium heat to cook for 1 minute plus (until the egg is slightly set to ur peference)
