Strawberry Jam

bought some strawberries for work last few days
i dun eat strawberries due to its sourness
but i heart Strawberry Jam though

since i hav a Lemon in the fridge
so i decided to make them into Strawberry Jam!
sorry that i dun hav measurement for this recipe
because i made it base on my intuition hehee...
all you need are:
some roughly chopped strawberries, sugar, lemon juice
i used my wok instead of pot
so tat it won't spill out while boiling

tabur gula ke atas buah strawberi
agak-agak to roughly cover the fruits

cook them until the sugar melt (abt 6 minutes)

becareful as the 'lava' will 'erupt' double its size here

add in a tbsp of Lemon Juice and continue to boil
until it's thicken

u may do a Wrinkle Test here
by putting a saucer into the freezer for a while
n put a drop of the jam on the frozen surface
wait for a minute
n check if the jam is formed ^^
if it's still drip down very liquify
continue to boil

sterilize the bottle before transfering the jam over

tah-dahhh~
the 100% home-made Strawberry Jam is done!
no artificial colouring~ no artificial flavouring~
with 200g of straberries~ i only get this little of jam
no wonder all the real fruit jam r so expensive out there!
feel so heart warming by jz looking at it ^^
ppl use milk to wash off Caramel & Chocolate pot
i use water to wash off the Strawberry Jam wok
n i've got a nice glass of Strawberry Drink!
it has the power to brighten up the day ^^
really~
