肉丸冬粉汤

had very nice Meatball Glass Noodle Soup
in Bukit Mertajam last weekend
so i decided to make my own too~
.
steam some DIY meatballs
(remember to brush a thin layer of oil on the plate first)

mix with some ready made meatballSpecial Sauce made of sliced ginger, roughly chopped garlic,
spring onion, sugar, black vinegar, soya sauce
for the stock:
boil some pork rib with smashed garlic, sliced ginger, spring onion
season with some salt before serve
boil the glass noodle, meatballs, vegie seperately arrange everything into the bowl
pour in the stock last
garnish with some fried shallot oil & spring onion
