the Croquette failure...

Croquette aka 可乐饼
something that i heard from the 'Kitchen'
many years ago...
everyone says its so easy to make
but... but... but...
i never have the guts to try
.
today~ since i have all the ingredients needed
i decided to give it a try~
however~
i wasn't in a very good condition 囧
as expected... F.A.I.L.U.R.E
which made me lagi down T-T
.
i had my minced mutton in black pepper
which tasted extremely superb

mashed potato... which i screwed up the texture by
hand-itchy added some butter
thinking to make the taste better
roll them into bun shape with mutton patty inside
then coated with flour + egg + breadcrumb
and sent to fry
where the heart-attack disaster begun

cannot tahan to see the tragedy continue
i sent them into oven
.
and the dinner was served
without going into the dustbin~

mmmm... still eatable lar~~~

although look very cacat...
