Cola Chicken Drumettes ^^

since a lot of people r interested in this recipe

i'll write this in English

originally from 小小米桶 - 可乐排骨

i modified from there

slightly saute drumettes until lightly brown - set aside

in the pan

 saute some sliced ginger, garlic, spring onion

until fragrant

put the drumettes back in

add in 200ml of coke, soy sauce 3T, water if necessary

let it simmer for 40-50 mins

then on big fire to thicken the sauce

other than chicken drumettes

 u may use chicken wings or pork rib too~
