fun with Durian

i never really like this king of all fruits

but in our family perception

it's a way of showing loves

i like to see everyone sitting on the floor
enjoying the 'seeds of love'

my aunt gave me 2 big containers
when we dropped by their house last weekend
these were D24 brought back from Raub
the smell blasted every where
in the car~ the whole fridge~ the house~

even though i wrapped it tightly in the freezer
><"sollie ah.... house mates!

been knowing about Durian Rice since primary school time
but it's never in our family culture
n i will never go near it on my own
finally~ finally~
i got chance to play with Durian liao~
finally i can sink my taste buds into this indulgence

this is something really unique!!!

the evolution of Durian Rice -> Durian Sushi
so tat it can be eaten delicately without a mess in the plate
but the process of making is really a big mess =P

i love 'treasure hunting' in my hometown wet market
n this is wat i found from my last trip there
big white eggs!
