Banana Loaf

hand itchy n gave a try on this recipe
since i hav banana in stock

although i did guai-guai
follow the exact ingredients & measurement

it didn't come out so great as i imagine ler...

thank goodness it's still edible lar =P
the texture is more towards kuih rather than a loaf~
maybe i should just name it Kuih Pisang ^^
