冬至
Dong Zhi is the thanksgiving
of the Chinese calendar
"Dong Zhi" literally means "arrival of winter"
coinciding with the winter solstice
it is an occasion for the family toget together
to celebratethe good year they have had
Tang Yuan (汤圆) is cooked and eaten
to symbolise unity and harmony within the family

so ah yan made Tang Yuan lo~
ingredients:
glutinous rice flour 200g, tapioca flour 15g,
warm water 110g, green tea powder, green colouring,
red bean paste 65g, soya milk 500ml

* roll red bean paste and mocha dough into small balls
