saw some soft ribs from Scott Garden Tesco last week
planning to make BKT one day
mom gave us some fuchuk at this very right moment too~

this BKT meal was born on a chill chill rainy evening

everything was perfect except it was too salty
i shall minus the soy sauce next time

no yam rice~ but we had fragrance rice 有味饭~

ingredients:
chopped garlic/shallot/ginger + dried mushroom
 + lap cheong + dried oyster
pepper + salt to taste
