Carrot Rice platter

i blended the carrot to get its juice for my Carrot Ramen
n i cooked the pulp with some butter
when rice is cooked

use chopsticks to mix the pulp into the rice
try not to over mix them
so tat we can still see some orange n white toning in the rice =)
i named it Carrot Rice

muahahahaaaaa....

it's full of carrot fragrant!!!
