White Brinjal

have u ever seen a white brinjal??

was so amazed when i first met it in the super market
without second thought~ i bought 2
1 for my mom n 1 for myself =)

wow... it's soOooOoOo white!

 *duuuuuuuh~

i sliced them - soak in salted water - steam for ard 15 min
garnish with soy sauce + sugar + sesame oil + water
raw chopped garlic + fried chopped ginger

(all the above ingredients will be dancing on ur tongue~ trust me!)

super duper yummy!!!!

when i showed snakie the white brinjal from my bag
he said i cheat him with a white carrot
