all because i dun hav a proper piping tip
nor a sturdy hand~
tat's y it became so yucky lor...
but it taste good with toasted bread though ^^
will try again next round

mashed potato recipe for sandy:
*wash, peel n roughly chopped potato (i prefer russet)
*boil in salt water for ard 20 min
*pour away the water
*mash potato with a masher or fork
*sprinkle some salt & pepper to taste
*fold in some butter n milk
until u get the prefered texture

i just had done something for my lunch in office.
1) one packet instant mashed potato sachet.
2) one egg
3) some chopped onions, garlic and green Capsicum.
- blend the egg , plus some hot water
- put in the instant powder of mashed potato
-blend and mix finely
-add in others chopped ingredients.
-put in oven (reheat) for 2-3 minutes.
delicious and simple to prepare even in office. :)
