Sotong in Golden Pot

saw this recipe from
my Little Oven Cook Book
it’s called 柳橙花枝盅

ingredients:
1 biji orange (large)
sotong (ard 100g)
thai chili sauce
.
after a lil’ bit of ah yan’s modification:
* make orange into a pot
* dice orange flesh into small cube
* clean up sotong & cut into small pieces
* boil sotong for a few minutes
* slightly cook all ingredients
* scoop them into the ‘pot’
this dish is excellent to go with beer ^^y
