saw this recipe n straight away fall in love with it liao
i’m still playing with BREAD! ingredients: 6-8 slices of bread, 60g unSALTED butter, 120ml cream, 3 tablespoon rum, 200g chocolate 15x5x5cm mould *melt chocolate & butter *stir in cream & rum *slowly add in shredded bread (i cut the bread instead of shreding it due to laziness)
*form a ‘dough’ like this
*lay a piece of cling film in mould (so tat easier to take cake out later) *slowly scoop ‘dough’ in *press hard hard
keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour

taste like real cake with very rich choc!!! but the textual a bit different lo…
