fried some rice with bacon, garlic, shallot, carrot, egg
season with soy sauce, pepper n tomato sauce
stuff them into the capsicum
sprinkle some cheese on top
bake until capsicum soften a lil'

cheese melted n golden brown
yumph!!!

Looks good! The pepper is so clean and well-shaped that I thought it was plastic! Haha. I like rice stuffing in large tomatoes too. But that will be more challenging because tomatoes are so much softer than peppers, right?

i was too lazy to take out the big oven n used the toaster oven instead, tat's y it's not bake enough (so mar look plasticky lor) XD
tomato should be fun too~ i'll try next time ^^
