Poor girl! Take good care. Drink lots of water cos both my Western Doc and Chinese physician said water can dilute phlegm. I've been coughing for 2 mths and was down with bronchitis. I consulted a few docs before finally got better after taking Chinese medicine, popping supplements and taking breast milk. Yes, it's breast milk offered by my colleague cos she has too much of it after her delivery 4 mths ago. It really strenghtened my immune system

Remember I asked u abt where to get the little bear cutie that this time you cooked with your Radish soup (Lite Dinner). Yea I went to Mydin near Subang. But the place is toooo big til I couldnt find that poor little pink foodie! Do you remember which section was that? Or could it be in a stand alone shop? Thanks ya!

ya~ i dun like to make seaweed soup because i had difficulty in getting rid of the sand also, but my fren tot me to buy those slightly expensive ones (Rm2.80 for 2 pieces from JJ) instead of those no brand from Giant/ Pasar Malam :P

Haha! Breast milk taste a bit sweet but smells a bit odd. And just 6 oz alone make u very full and go "Burgh!" a few times, as if u just had a meal.
Ya ya! Faster go learn from yr mom. I'll be waiting!
