puff pastry, bolognese minced meat, cheese, egg

put some minced meat
top with a slice of cheddar cheese(mozzarella would be better)
fold it n coat with some egg york
send them into oven
bake for ard 7-10minutes
can see them 'breathing' in the oven
the before after work
ugly but yummy!i name them bolognese puff!
mmm.... cheesy minced meat in tomato puree 
the filling can't wait to squeeze themselves outwith every single bite!
not enough with the puff experimenti did it on the remaining egg too
i BAKE egg~
with a little salt, black pepper & mixed herbs to season
the experimental victims of ah yan's toaster oven
