yeah~~~ this is wat i call Asian Cooking!by looking at it also can feel happy liao
cooking in progressthis time i used chicken fillet
tah dah~~~~the improved version of my Nasi Briyani~~ part 1 here
stir in raisin n cashew nut before serve
Stir-Fried Kang Kung to go with the rice
Butter Prawnwith Lemongrass & Curry Leaves & Ginger
i wanted to make butter prawn
but i dun feel like putting chili padi & milk
so i hantam my own version
*marinate cleaned prawn with salt & sugar
*heat up a tiny winy bit of cooking oil
*fry curry leaves until fragrant
*add in a big tablespoon of butter
*add in lemongrass & ginger fry until even more fragrant
*put in the prawns
*toss them a little
*cover the lid for a while
*open lid to toss the prawn a little
*cover lid for another while
*sprinkle some salt
*go clean ur hand n start eating!!!

当然可以咯~ 那两样是我故意放下去的。因为在我印象中的Nasi Briyani有这两样材料会有很幸福的感觉…… 嘻嘻!纯粹个人意见来的吼~
你也可以把鸡柳换掉,换去鸡腿肉,羊肉,牛肉, 蔬菜 blah blah... 都没有问题的啦~掌握权完全在‘主厨’手中的嘛,是不是突然感觉到很有power哩?
